Is this for you?

A playful commitment
This retreat is spacious by design. There’ll be time to rest, wander, nap, chat, stare at trees and remember you have a body.
At the same time, it’s a shared creative experience, and the workshops are the heart of the weekend. You’re welcome to listen to your energy and take space when needed, but we ask that participants come with the intention to be present and engaged in the sessions.
Children are welcome at the retreat, but the workshops are for adult participants. If you’re bringing little ones, please arrange another adult to care for them during workshop times so you can take part fully.
