Workshop Cancellation and Credits: Life can be unpredictable, and we get that. If you need to cancel the workshop, you've got some options. Cancel up to 7 days before the workshop starts, and we'll gladly issue a full refund (minus a 10% non-refundable amount). If it's within 7 days of the workshop, no worries, we can offer you workshop credits that you can use for other workshops or private training within a year.
