Payment Terms
  • An invoice for the deposit amount of 50% will be issued upon receipt of this form.
  • Payment of the deposit is due within 14 working days of the workshop to confirm the reservation.
  • Confirmation of final student numbers and final balance is required 5 working days prior to the workshop date.
  • The Clown Institute will accommodate your preferred workshop times if possible but cannot guarantee availability.
Cancellation & Variations
  • Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
  • Cancellation fees are payable as a percentage of the total workshop fees and are structured as follows:
    • 20% if cancelled more than 5 days before the workshop;
    • 50% if cancelled within 5 days before the workshop; and
    • 100% if cancelled within 2 days before the workshop.
  • In the event that The Clown Institute cancels the workshop, it will provide (where possible) alternative dates for workshop delivery or a full refund of the workshop fee (at The Clown Institute's election).
